  1. How long are the shipping times?

After receiving the order, we ship within one to two business days for all in-stock items. Usually, you will receive your products within 5 business days. Due to this current pandemic situation, it may take a little longer than usual.

  1. What is your return policy?

If for some reason, if you didn't like the product, you have 10 days after you received your product. We will refund you the money once we received the item in its original condition. The insured return shipping will be your responsibility.  

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Once we receive the order, we usually process orders as soon as we receive them. Once the order is processed and if it started moving, it is considered as a return and you will be responsible for the return shipping. 

  1. What Happens if I receive the wrong item?

We take responsibility for our mistakes and we want our customers to be happy by giving them a pleasant shopping experience. If there is an issue with the item - wrong item, defective item, please let us know and we will process your refund with paid return shipping.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if you received a wrong item, notify us. we will exchange it with a new item.

  1. If  I see some products on this website and it shows, it is sold out, can I still place an order?

Yes, You can order. But you need to contact customer service at templejewelryusa@gmail.com or call/ text/ Whatsapp  425-761-0859 to check the lead time of the order. It may take longer than usual.  Depending upon the availability, we will let you know, if it is still available or it is discontinued.

  1. Do you take custom orders?

Yes that you need to contact customer service and make an appointment to discuss the need and we will go from there.
