Do you take custom orders?


Yes that you need to contact customer service and make an appointment to discuss the need and we will go from there.


If  I see some products on this website and it shows, it is sold out, can I still place an order?


Yes, You can order. But you need to contact customer service at templejewelryusa@gmail.com or call/ text/ Whatsapp  425-761-0859 to check the lead time of the order. It may take longer than usual.  Depending upon the availability, we will let you know, if it is still available or it is discontinued.


Can I cancel my order?


Once we receive the order, we usually process orders as soon as we receive them. Once the order is processed and if it started moving, it is considered as a return and you will be responsible for the return shipping. 



Do you ship internationally?


Not at this moment. We ship Only in the US. 

What shipping carriers do you use?


We choose USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers.


How long does it take to process my order?


Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 2-3 days.


How long does shipping take?

After receiving the order, we ship within one to two business days for all in-stock items. Usually, you will receive your products within 5 business days. Due to this current pandemic situation, it may take a little longer than usual.


How do I track my order?

Are all my items shipped together?

It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfillment centers so sometimes your items may come with different packages.


What is your return policy?

If for some reason, if you didn't like the product, you have 10 days after you received your product. We will refund you the money once we received the item in its original condition. The insured return shipping will be your responsibility.  


Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if you received a wrong item, notify us. we will exchange it with a new item.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 2 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement
